All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped out quickly. Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
We ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $45.
For orders under $45, shipping rates are as follows:
- Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days): $4.90 for orders under 7 lb, $11.90 for 7 to 70 lb
- Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days): Flat rate of $7.90 for orders under 1 lb, $12.90 for 1 to 5 lb
- Expedited Shipping (1 to 3 business days via USPS Priority): Available for $15.99
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Little Grape Land. If you are not happy with your order, we strive to make returns and exchanges easy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Please note that the guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gift cards and final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email our support team at service@evermorepartner.com to start your return.
Approval & Instructions: If we approve your request, we will send a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Send Your Item: Customers must pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and keeping proof of postage.
Processing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it was approved. Refunds, if approved, will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take longer to process the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If you get a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days. We will replace the item or give you a full refund, and we will pay for return shipping in these situations.
Missing or Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived on time, please:

Verify your shipping address to make sure it was entered correctly at checkout.
Contact your local carrier since they might have more delivery details.
If you still can’t find your order, email us at service@evermorepartner.com with your order number. We'll investigate, collaborate with the carrier, and make sure you either get your package or a replacement.
