When will my REGULAR PRICED items ship? REGULAR PRICED Orders are shipped from our warehouse within Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier). 

For Standard Rate, the transit time is around 3-4 business day.

For Economy Rate, the transit time is around 5-8 business day.

Little Grape Land is pleased to offer FREE shipping on US orders over $49 USD.

Otherwise, our shipping rates are as follows.

$4.90 USD for US orders under 5lb.

$19.90 USD for US orders between 5lb-70lb.

Priority Shipping-Standard.

$6.90USD for US orders under 1lb.

$9.90 USD for US orders between 1lb-5lb.

If for any reason you are not satisfied or change your mind and want to return your purchase we aim to make it as easy as possible. Here is our returns policy:-

Goods faulty / damaged

Please contact us and tell us about the problem and we will attempt to rectify or issue a full refund. 

Fault under Guarantee

Little Grape Land guarantee products for 6 months from the purchase date. This covers replacement parts shipped to you at our cost. If you need a replacement part under guarantee, simply contact us with details of your purchase date, place of purchase. If we cannot make good we will issue a replacement.

Guarantee only covers faulty manufacture and excludes a) wear & tear, b) damage due to not following the care label and c) stains or spills.

You changed your mind

Please return the item to us in perfect unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Make sure you get proof of postage and suitable insurance to cover the cost of the goods. Upon receipt we will issue you with a full refund. In this case, the cost of postage is yours

Goods not as described

We include as many photos as we can to try to make sure the description of our items is accurate. However if you feel the item is not as described, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will collect the item at our cost and issue a full refund
