Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (this does not include carrier transit time).
Shipping Rates & Transit Time
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $79.
For orders under $79, shipping rates are as follows:

Economy Shipping (5–8 business days): $7.90 for orders under 7lb, $19.90 for 7–70lb

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): Flat rate of $9.90 for under 1lb, $12.90 for 1–5lb

Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days via USPS Priority): Available for $16
Shipping Availability
At this time, we ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Return & Exchange Shipping
For returns and exchanges (excluding defective or incorrect items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

Warranty & Terms of service
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us on service@evermorepartner.com. Our products are backed by a 3-month guarantee for manufacturing defects. This includes free replacement parts or a full product replacement if necessary. Please note: The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us
Email our support team at service@evermorepartner.com to initiate your return. We aim to review and respond to all requests within 2 business days. -
Approval & Instructions
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return authorization along with instructions on how and where to send your item. -
Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please note: Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.)
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

You must provide proof of purchase.

Returns due to change of mind must be in perfect, resaleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Please note that final sale, clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days. We’ll work quickly to replace the item or offer a full refund, and we’ll cover any return shipping in these cases.
